Run Faster

Be coming a faster runner can be very hard.

I began running at 11.2 in the 100 meter dash race to a 10.8 by the time the year ended.

It takes alot of strecthing working out and hard work. Strecthing out helps you become flexible the more flexible the better your stride. You also need a good technique without a technique you can strain yourself while running. Its best to have good stride relaxazation and calmness while you run.

The main object is to work hard at the steps ive given you. Following those steps brought my 100 meter time down to a sub 10.5 by the end of my last year of high school.
